SPEAKER BIO: Cristal has spent over 18 years in the building envelope industry working in technical sales, new product development, project technical support, product training, root cause analysis and writing project warranties for waterproofing technologies, air barriers, and coatings.  

She recently served on the NTX Chapter IIBEC Board from 2010 – 2021, receiving the chapters Outstanding Volunteer award in 2022.
