Speaker:  Juliana Grippa

Speaker Bio: Juliana Grippa, Director of Business Development for the Bituminous Systems at Sika Corporation - Roofing, has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. Juliana has a Chemistry background and has started her career as R&D chemist working on the development and optimization of a full range of bituminous products, such as sheet membranes, LAM, hot applied asphalt, primers, and self-adhesive tapes. Her experience on the roofing industry encompasses many technical and non-technical disciplines, including product development, training, compliance and business development. After working several years in Brazil, she moved to Italy and then to Switzerland to help the consolidation and integration of the acquired companies by Sika and establish a global bitumen competence center. From March/23, Juliana has joined Sika USA to strengthen the team and evaluate new business opportunities.
