4. The details and process of compliance to fenestration standards (NAFS) and skylight thermal performance will be reviewed
5. Skylight safety and fall protection product testing

Speaker:  Steve Kadivnik, CTR, Leed Green Assoc.

Speaker Bio: Steve has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years in various roles as a general contractor, manufacturer's representative, and project manager. He is currently the Technical Representative for Artistic Skylight, a premier North American manufacturer. He is a registered CTR with Construction Specifications Canada and a LEED Green Associate. Experience and a hands-on approach allows Steve to provide practical, trusted skylight refurbishment and optimal daylighting solutions to building science professionals, engineers, architects, and contractors. Steve strives to understand the client’s success factors to ensure schedule and budget are met while achieving the required performance. Steve is an active member of IIBEC, CSC, ORICA, CRCA, TCA, and OBEC.
