Contract Risk & Mitigation Guide

This presentation will address and discuss key aspects of contracts, negotiating points, risk assessments, and more to assist you in your business contracts analysis and administration.

Speaker: Tony Radar

Speaker Bio:  Tony Rader, with over 38 years in the construction industry as a General Contractor with past experience with firms ranging in size from $100 million to $250 million at the executive level and ownership understands the construction industry. Tony is currently serving as The Telecom vice president of National Roofing Partners in Coppell, Texas. He comes with extensive experience in operating a large GC firm and the pitfalls we all run into when performing contractual work and navigating large associations like ABC. He has served as Chair of TEXO the Construction Association of the DFW area in 2010 and is the immediate past chair of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). ABC with over 21,000 member companies serves as the top construction association, based in Washington DC. 

At NRP, the leading network of commercial roofing contractors in North America, Rader directs the team focused on telecommunications rooftop services overseeing the change out of equipment from 4G to 5G nationally. Rader also serves on the NCCER 2020 board of trustees. He attended Tarrant County Community College and studied business and marketing at Southern Methodist University. Tony is married with 3 kids and 4 grandkids and lives in Coppell, TX.
